These Terms and Conditions apply to your use of the AIAdoptionTeam website and services.
By using this website, submitting a form, booking a service, making a payment, submitting a review, requesting an exam fee refund, or engaging our services, you agree to these terms.

4. Leadership Agentic AI Induction
A 3-hour board and senior leadership session. Pricing is £1,500 per session remote or £2,500 onsite (up to 10 delegates). Includes post-session executive summary and potential roadmap. Travel and venue costs are agreed separately.
5. AI Certification
Launch course: **AB-731 Microsoft Certification Training: AI Transformation Leader** at £500 per delegate. Training supports exam preparation but does not guarantee success. Microsoft awards the certification.
7. Copilot Transformation
Copilot Transformation services are price on application. A proposal, scope or written agreement may be required before work begins.
9. Prices and Payment
Payment is required for fixed-price services (**Leadership Induction**, Awareness, and Certification) before booking confirmation. We do not store full card details.
13. Exam Fee Refund Offer
Applies to **AB-731 Microsoft Certification Training** delegates who pass the related Microsoft exam and publish a success story on AIAdoptionTeam.com. Terms and conditions apply.
16. AI Limitations
AI systems can produce unexpected outputs. Workflows should have human oversight. Our services do not replace professional legal or financial advice.
